Boots is the founder of Sonic Grove Sound Healing, where immersive sound experiences are designed to support presence, balance, and restoration. Drawing on a lifelong connection to the natural world along with training in meditation and sound-based practices, Boots creates welcoming spaces that invite individuals to slow down, reset, and reconnect.
With a focus on creating safe and supportive environments, Boots guides sessions that nurture both personal well-being and a deeper sense of connection. Their work is rooted in the belief that when individuals find balance within themselves, it naturally extends outward—contributing to a more grounded and connected collective experience.
While Sonic Grove currently focuses on sound healing experiences, future offerings will also include nature connection and outdoor-based experiences designed to deepen the relationship between wellness, mindfulness, and the natural world. Comfortable workout clothes are best! Choose something that allows you to move freely. Don’t forget a water bottle, and wear shoes suited for dance or fitness activities.
Booking a class is super easy! Just head over to our schedule page, find the class you want, and click the ‘Book Now’ button. Follow the prompts to secure your spot!
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You can manage your bookings through your account or contact us for assistance.
Absolutely! We welcome everyone, from beginners to advanced dancers. Our instructors tailor classes to accommodate all skill levels. Come join the fun!
Most of our classes last about an hour. This gives you plenty of time to warm up, learn new moves, and cool down. Check the schedule for specific class durations!
